This is a wonderful place to park for a stop in the Drumheller area. The surface is basically all gravel. The sites are large enough for big rigs and most are pull through. The activities include go-karts, mini-golf, and a kind of buggy jumping. There is so much to do in the area that a week would not cover it all. Pro-tip, Go to Wayne and the Last Chance Saloon. The dinosaur museum can easily take a day. I rode my bike into town as there are trails starting at the museum which isn’t far away. Another pro-tip is do the circle to Horse thief Canyon, then on to the Bleriot Ferry, Stop at the overlook on the way back to Drumheller, and just generally enjoy the drive. It could be done on a bike but the hills are murder (I didn’t make it all the way around). It is quiet at night even though you are beside the road. Theo

Check-in was absolutely flawless. I was met at the gate with an envelope containing all the park information, and then was led directly to my site by one of the groundskeepers. The park is clean and quiet, the sites are massive and it's right on the river, and the pool is heated! The best part is the high-speed internet. I have my own Starlink system because typically campground internet is suuuuuper slow, but I haven't even set it up. This park is a 10 out of 10 for me, I am looking forward to visiting others this summer. Thanks!

We stayed here for over a week in May and it was beautiful. There is a river to fish and maybe swim in. It is a wonderful, clean, well run campground. There is mostly grass and lots of room. The owners are very helpful and love to stop and chat. At minimum it is a great place to stop if you are on your way north. There is lots to do in the area and shopping is not that far away.
