My wife & I had a very nice visit with our friends that live full time at Pathfinder. The company that owns Pathfinder has done a great job of all new Electric & water hook ups. They have updated a few sewer sites as I was told. Staff was wonderful as always. We stayed at Pathfinder last year also. Nice to see the heated pool still in operation while we were there. Pathfinder was just finishing off their other septic field near the front entrance. About the only bad mark I have to complain about is their washroom/shower facilities at the main building. Everything was nice & clean though. They seemed to be mickey mouse things together. For example the front of the sink they used a 1 x 6 premium board as a replacement. It looks dark & gungey. One only coin operated shower. Worker told me they have been having problems most of the year with the coin machine. Toilet stall doors have a 2 x 2 inside door stall so the stall door closes with a hook hasp. Company has spent Mega bucks on sewer & Hydro...guess not much money left over for bathroom renos or updates. Maybe next year. I would still give this place a 4.7 out of a 5.

Right from the moment we arrived we felt welcomed. The manager was friendly, and offered information about the park and the community. Site 1 is relatively easy for a big rig to back into. The wooden stairs down to the river provided a beautiful little beach area that the park maintains. Super easy walk to Clyde's Pub. Definitely recommend this small park just over the bridge in Grand Forks.

Jodi & Jason were amazing hosts! We were one of the first from the Northern Stay pgm guests that they had and they were very appreciative of our stop given it was very early in the season. We are now heading home from our cross Cda road trip and making a point to stop in again. The amenities were great and definitely met all of our needs. Access is via a short dirt road off a main road but it was well maintained and led us to a beautiful waterfront location. Honestly, sometimes it’s just the people that make your visit so amazing and they were wonderful! Chris & Jean
