A very convenient RV campground with complete facilities. The hot springs and swimming pool are very clean and comfortable. The location is excellent and makes it easy to get to the city center. The only downside is that it’s fairly close to the highway, so you can hear truck traffic at night. Other than that, it’s a perfect campground.
Contrary to the prominent negative review, our experience here was perfect. The staff were kind, friendly, helpful, and unobtrusive. The park is immaculate and the amenities are lovely. The train noise is there - but didn’t bother us. Our 2 very large dogs loved taking walks on the nature path immediately adjacent to the park. The location was perfect for exploring Vancouver. This is a terrific place to stay and we will be back!

BCRV is a terrific spot. All amenities. Clean, well run, and the sites are pretty well insulated from one another. Well stocked small convenience store on site.
Location cannot be beat. Just steps from great walking/biking paths. The Metro is less than a mile away, an easy 10 minute walk.
Two facts to be aware of: 1) between road and train noise (no horns), the park is not “quiet”. We found it to be tolerable, but you will definitely notice it. 2) The spaces tend to be on the short
