As a longtime seasonal resident of the park(15years I think) we have seen nothing but decline since the multiple ownership changes and I believe we are on the 4th park manager now. The park maintenance has sure gone downhill, grass not cut, pool not functional, store unkept, laundry has 4 machines and only 2 work(kind of) some of the showers don't work etc. And this is a DRASTIC change since the original owners sold the park. The rule for the park are enforced sometimes but not others. The previous manager stopped and told me that I couldn't have 2 cars on my lot when it was clear that I had

We are very happy at Caledon Hills. We have a Park Model unit from North Lander that is absolutely beautiful! It's just like a new condominium. The sales department is phenomenal very informative and accommodating. Michael Simone is fantastic.The service department and office staff are wonderful. Looking forward to our future here.

We traveled across Canada with an RV, and this was by far the most expensive (85 CAD) and worst campground of our trip. First, we were assigned a spot right by the busy highway. After asking for an alternative, we were given another site without power, then again one directly next to the road. The campground was almost empty, yet there was no proper check-in or explanation of the sites. When we sat down to enjoy the evening sun, a staff member suddenly came over in a very rude and aggressive tone, yelling that we were on the wrong site, that our fire had to be put out, and that we must immedi
