Check in was really easy even arriving after office was closed.
Campground grounds were well maintained. It was a pretty site, nice to be down in the canyon. Facilities weren’t that bad.
Our campsite wasn't cleaned. Q tips and a bit of garbage left behind in the dirt. The picnic table had ants all over it couldn’t use it to put our stuff on. I realize maybe the ant thing is difficult to manage. There was a fire stick left on the table and a piece of burnt wood also on the table.
Was good for a one night stop over and had the basics to what we needed. Just wish our campsite had been cleaned.
Nice that you can stay by a creek and nice hookups. Stayed one night. Paid for premium spot but realized they could have offered up a better spot than the one I got. #5 is probably one of the least favorite premium sites as fire pit is away from the water and so is the camping spot. If they had us in one of the other spots by the water that was available like #9 then it would have been a lot better especially when paying premium price.
This is a really great RV park. Quiet, very well maintained, very clean toilets and showers in good condition. Full service site was excellent with patio, picnic bench, fire pit. Pitches are nicely spaced with hedging between to give some privacy. Staff very helpful and welcoming. Worth a stop off if you are in the area and want a good base for a few days exploring.
