The ultimate family campground in Nova Scotia! I can not begin to explain how wonderful Cole’s Campground is! My wife and I and our four little children came there this year after leaving another campground after being there for 10 years. Cole’s Campground has gone above and beyond to make our experience completely fantastic! The owners are humble and helpful and polite! Their vision of the campground is clearly a safe family spot. Love this campground. There is lots to do but at the same time, so quiet. The grandchildren love to come to play in the playground and participate in the kids events. The owners are nice to deal with and are so friendly as well. Love that they update something each year.

My family spent 13 years at this campground, and the way my parents were treated in the end was extremely disappointing. They were given only 10 days’ notice to remove everything, with no clear or valid explanation for why they were suddenly being asked to leave. This was especially hurtful because my mother volunteered and worked on the campground committee while also working a full-time job, six days a week, and she continued helping right up until the day they handed her the notice — which happened just after Thanksgiving. My parents were always respectful campers, never loud, and usually
