Awesome seasonal park model and trailer sales on site some directly on the water. Best seasonal rates on Rice lake and Trent river. Not a hotel, a couple of cottages available for rent. RV and Trailer park. Seasonal sites and units available for purchase. Sites well spaced further appart than most area parks. Low seasonal rates compared to most. Close to Hastings, grocery and restaurants. Heated pool, facilities for kids, sand beach. Pickleball, darts trivia and bingo, line dancing too! Quiet, sites nicely spaced to allow privacy. Worth a visit.

Eric and his staff went out of their way to welcome us as a last minute cancellation had just taken place prior to my phone inquiry. We have little to complain about as it was only a two night stay and everyone we came across were lovely ! Pool was also a warm & welcome alternative to the river. Thank you for opening up a spot for us. The animals were an added bonus !

Resort grounds and facilities were very well maintained and kept clean. Staff was incredibly friendly, helpful and accommodating. Resort is right on the shore of Rice lake. We had a lovely stay at the tent campsites, would 10/10 recommend.
