I had mixed feelings about this place. It was not clear what I was booking so I hoped for the best and booked a site. A couple of days before, on a hunch I texted the owner and unfortunately the site I booked was not big enough for our trailer. The owner who I believe is Amanda, offered options and got me into a spot without hesitation. We ended up in a seasonal spot surrounded by those who stay there year round. Had my concerns being that close to other trailers, but then I met some of them. Really nice people. Cliff was super helpful and the type of guy that would give the shirt off his back

This is one of my favorite stays in the valley! I grew up in comox and spending a week or two with my kids every summer is a highlight. Amanda, the host is welcoming and attentive. Everything is well kept and the kids have a blast roaming this amazing property. The activities on the property and close by are endless from the swimming at the oyster river potholes to biking in Cumberland and lunch in Courtenay. It’s all a short distance away.

Good spot for some MTN biking. If you have enough people for a shuttle, go to the top,.and if you want to peddle, there's lots of good spots lower on the MTN to explore trails! Waterworks, Death Blade, and so many more.
