Jell-e-Bean Campground — Wasaga Beach,

**UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT ** My husband and I traveled out to Wasaga beach on short notice. I called the campground and spoke to Theresa ( the manager) she was polite and accommodating. Even though Thanksgiving was their last weekend open to the public she still allowed us to come for the following weekend. I thought this was amazing! It took a lot off stress off of my shoulders. When we got there she took care of everything and even drove us over to our campsite so we could find it with ease. What an absolute nightmare. We called ahead to Jell-E-Bean campground and were told there was a spot available for the night. We let them know we’d be arriving in two hours. As the call was ending, I even asked if they needed my name or anything to hold the spot, and they said no, they had my number. We ended up running late and called to let them know we’d be another 35 minutes. They said “no problem.” When we arrived we were told they gave our spot away. We have four kids under the age of 8. Wow!! I have never been to a place like this before. At 1230 AM, the people were still partying and claimed they would not stop because they had been there for a few years. Very disrespectful. They even argued with staff like they were privileged because of their stay. "We do this all the time" were here words. Got my money back, packed up, and left. It's more of a trailer site than a camping tent site. Would not recommend if my life depended on it. I'm extremely disappointed.
