Unbelievable campsite, stopped here twice on our road trip and both times were great. Staff are so nice, lovely clean showers and toilets, free coffee in a morning, free wifi which is actually good, sani dump area AND a fire pit. Genuinely has everything you’d want and more. We stopped at 2 parks Canada sites which didn’t even hold a candle to this one, support local sites rather than the big tourist ones!
Our experience here was simply for car storage while we went on a bikepacking trip, but the staff were extremely friendly. The rates were super reasonable and we were allowed to also use the showers once we returned to pick the car up which was much needed. Would definitely consider them again for the storage. Campground is a little down away from the highway itself, so we may also consider a camp night as well.
The site is green in a small valley, so grass is cared well. The price is acceptable, two unconventional things are that you have to pay for a coin shower and firewood for campfire. Also the location of the campground is too near the highway, so you can be impacted by the noise of traffic.
