My wife and I loved it here. Spacious sites, 30A full service sites, and it is so quiet. It is going to be the only place we camp at on Grand Manan. The owner is absolutely the loveliest lady. I'd give her 10 stars if I could. The location is great. You're close to several hikes, a great beach if you like rock collecting, and Swallowtail Lighthouse. It's a birders paradise too.

Nice camp ground with large spaces for campers. Did hear fog horns during two foggy nights but we slept through them easily, not a big deal. We met other people on ferry who camped at Angkorage and they also heard the fog horns as well. There are nice trails within the North head canpground site. We enjoyed the hike to hole on the wall most. The site has two hot water shower rooms which are great. Bathrooms are clean most of the time we were there. We had a good time at Grand Manan! Many nice beaches. We visited this island 13 years ago before getting too busy with kids. We came back this ti

Another great feature of this Campground is its proximity to the ferry station. However, the proximity to the lighthouse's alarm every 15 seconds was bothersome during the night, and the washrooms could have been cleaner. Despite the downsides, I'd still recommend this campground and would choose it again if I visit Grand Ma
