They evicted a WESANEC family and completely destroyed 12 acres of forest including selling of the top soil to build this resort. They never did an archaeological impact assessment like the archaeological overview assessment recomended. It's all about the money for them. The trees were over 125 years old. The soil from the last ice age? How long will it take before this land is able to support such a forest and WESANEC people?

The company that produces the modular houses will not address your concerns in a timely manner nor will Ocean winds advocate on your behalf. The defects have been obvious and it shouldn't leave the factory in such a poor condition.
