My adult family and two grand-babies stayed for three nights in cabins 3 and 4 to celebrate a family birthday. Everything from start to finish was stellar, beginning with the interactions with the staff who helped us decide on the best cabins for our stay and provided recommendations for island activities. Paula greeted us upon arrival and was friendly and accommodating. The cabins were spotless and well-equipped, the beds very comfortable, and the bedding top-end. I dont think the staff can take credit for this but we did rent their kayaks for the afternoon and were delighted to see a pod of
Gloria and her team made us feel at home right from the get-go. We were impressed by the quality and the range of the campsite amenities and by the delicious offerings at the coffee truck and the ‘L’il Market’ food store. We rented kayaks from Pages too. We enjoyed two blissful days of paddling around the nearby islands and saw incredible wildlife. Details and safety matter to me, and I noticed that the kayaks we rented from Pages were well-kept and in great shape. This is definitely a place for families of all ages to enjoy. We are already planning to come back next May long weekend.
We stayed at the campground for two nights and enjoyed it a lot! Our site #1 had a nice layout and was private enough that we didn’t feel like we were always surrounded by other campers.
There is a communal fire pit with free firewood. The bathrooms with coin-op showers are clean, and the dishwashing station is convenient.
