River's Edge Ranch RV Park

This camp site is paradise by the river! We’ve been renting our lot monthly and it’s been the absolutely perfect little getaway for our family. Kids love the park, river is out our back door. Showers, laundry! Bathrooms are always clean, hostess is such a sweet lady. I can’t recommend staying here enough! It’s the most perfect recharge spot and it’s absolutely beautiful! There is a pesky family of geese that come around and visit/poop along the back of our river site, the owner has the cutest signs up too warning about the geese bombs haha 10/10 recommend!!

We had a lovely stay at Rivers Edge Ranch. The host was friendly and accommodating. We got two spots backing on to the river with water and power hookups. The Highway runs along the length of the property so it could get a little noisy but the view was gorgeous. The river is clean and clear for swimming or wading. We put our chairs in the water and soaked our feet to keep cool. We had an RV so used our awning for shade. There are no trees though so bring a canopy or something if you’re renting. We enjoyed our time here a lot.

Although it is a newer camping spot to the area it has absolutely zero shade. If you are camping in the middle of summer you will find no relief from the sun as it's right in the middle of a field with no trees around. The river is close by but depending on your spot you may have to share with people already camped on the river, again no shade anywhere. Also the host has family that usually takes the river spots for the summer. The Yurts do look nice but they are also in the sun from sun up to sun down. Unless you plan on hanging in the river the whole time you will find no relief from t
