Bare bones, but flat, clean, gravel lots, separated by low wooden fences. Each site has a picnic table & full hook-ups. Clean bathrooms & showers. Good restaurant close. Gravel road up to the park is rough.

Terrible service. They called me to tell me I was months late on rent, but I was actually caught up. They told me the owner gets confused sometimes. Called me a few months later and told me I had late fees for a month already paid for, again. Moved my stuff out and they sent me a damage deposit back with an apparent late fee from 3 months before I moved out that I paid on time. This place is run by lazy crooks

This is a RV parking lot with hookups intended for oil field workers working in the area. It is situated in an industrial area surrounded by oil related businesses.This is not a vacation traveler friendly place. There are many long term residents with all their associated stuff and clutter. There is a lot of noise from the nearby highway and the noise starts at 5:00AM as well a as the noisy pickups in the park leaving early in the morning. The WiFi is terrible. The staff acted as if we were an imposition.
