Rossland Lions Campground

Nice little camp ground, smaller than expected. Unfortunately there's a mandatory air brake check above the campground which makes it very hard to sleep in a tent. From garbage trucks squeaking to a stop, to trucks approaching the station so quick that they activate their engine brakes.. its rough. Also there's baseball games everyday next to it if that's something that bothers you. The 4 bathrooms in the center building are cleaned daily, and the staff is very respectful. The showers are quite luxury but could use a more efficient shower head nozzle

Sites were mostly level, free hot showers. Near the highway but not too noisy. Easy walk or bike into town. Mountain bike trails right out of the campsite to connect with the network.

Cool little campground in Rossland with trail access close by. My only complaint is the push button showers which are fairly warm but not hot. We ended up mostly showering in our trailer. Other than that, we had a good time and will be back next year! Revision: the manager reached out to tell me that they turned up the water heater in the shower house. Appreciated.
