Extremely Disappointing Experience – Unprofessional Staff and Unequal Treatment My experience at Silver Sage Trailer Park was extremely disappointing due to the behaviour of the staff. The advertised checkout time is 11:00 AM. On the day of departure, we were approximately 30 minutes late, and instead of being approached professionally or respectfully, a staff member came to our site shouting at my crew and using rude, inappropriate language. There was absolutely no attempt to handle the situation in a respectful or customer-focused manner. What concerned me even more was what appeared to be

Nice and quiet RV park on the South Thompson River in Kamloops. Sure you hear the trains a little bit in the switching yard across the river but it's minor. Families seem to love it here. Kids were playing games through out the campground. Some of the kids needed to learn about not running through other people's campsites but they learned. Very clean and well maintained bathrooms and showers.

We felt we were treated differently from other guests, and the behaviour of some staff made us feel unwelcome. The attitude of the front desk changed completely after payment, and the customer service was rude and disrespectful throughout our stay. Another concern was the way extra charges were handled. It felt like staff were quick to blame guests for minor issues and then demand charges that seemed completely unreasonable and far beyond the actual value of the item or damage.
